husband packed up his clothes and moved out on 6/6/11, now wants to come back home, we own our on home, can I keep him from coming back, I LIVE IN MO, I AM ALSO DISABLED

Unless there was a valid accusation of domestic violence or abuse, it appears that neither of you can prevent the other from living in and using the residence, unless one of you files for divorce. Perhaps marriage counseling can help.
