Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I separate a couple years and I got my own apartment. I am the lease holder. We have since got back together and I let him move into my apartment. It is not working so I want him to move out. Can I put him out? or do I have to allow him to stay because we are married? The downer is, I put him on the lease as an occupant only, I am the lease holder. He will not leave, by law, can I put him out?

You can demand that he leave,and then file an Unlawful Detainer action if he does not. he may be able to raise your marriage as defense. The outcome will be somewhat determined by the status of your divorce case.
