Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I have separated as of 4 months ago. The house I am living in I started renting a year before him and I got together and married. The rent has been under my name only for almost 5 years. I rent the house from a family member. My husband has gotten his own apartment. Can my husband legally just come to the house when he has nothing inside the house, as we already separated marital household property when he moved out. The police say he can because we are married and he lived here in the past even though his name is and never has been on anything and he has no belongings here. His name is not on any bills or the rent agreement. But, he has rented an apartment and I can't go up there and go in whenever I want to because I am not on the lease.

You need to consult with an attorney to determine whether you have legal grounds to obtain a restraining order from the courts.
