Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband has 1st stage altzheimers disease, his daughter filed for a dissolution of our marriage. i was served 2 hrs ago. what can i do legally, his attorney will not speak with me. my husband does not want a divorce we have had no problems. please help!
