Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i hv a friend that is in a battle for her kids. now, for 2 yrs. she has been trying to get missouri to take juriction. but no one will help her fight for her kids, which totally makes no since because the kids live in missouri. it seems that missouri is scared of north carolina. nothing that she trys to do matters. it is like missouri doesn't matter. so my question is where is missouri when children and parent needs help?

If she has not already, she may need to dismiss her North Carolina Actiona nd refiel in MIssouri. Before she does this, she should cosult both with her North Carolina attorney and one admitted to practice in Missouri.
