Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'ld like to know grandparents rights in divorced couples. My ex-son-in-law doesn't want the boys to come to my home. We recently had a disagreement over him having the boys tell lies to their mother about their whereabouts. I had a talk with the boys about lying being a bad thing to do and they do not have to tell lies for anyone, not even their parents. Their father now says I interfered and they are not to see me anymore. Their father and my daughter use them like pawns against each other. I hate it!!!

If the parents are gong through a dissolution, you should be able to file a Motion to Intervene and be added to that case as parties in order to obtain a court order granting you certain time with the grandchildren.
