Ilive in Kansas City
Missouri, im 12 years old &&iwant to
be emansipated from my parents. My
dad beat me when iwas wayy
younger &&i live with my mother
now, he never even pays my mom
child support &&has no job. She
rarely has food in the house, goes
out of money every month so we
have no food, she always sends me
off places cause she doesnt want me
around &&she does alot of shit like
that. I no longer want to live with my
mother or my father, my relatives
treat me like im nothing &&act like
im stupid. My sister will be 17 inm
august she lives in Kansas with her
friend who owns the apartment he is
21, they can support me. Ireally dont
want to live with my relatives, my
ma, or my dad iwant to get
emansipated. would ihave any
chance in court?

You do not seem to be able to prove that you could support yourself, so you would likely not be succesful in an emancipation attempt. You could perhaps convince DFS to allow you to leave yoru mother's home to go with a foster family. You might be able to get some help for your mother in keeping food in the home.
