Is it illegal for a 22 year old guy to date a girl that just turned 17?

If by "date"you mean engae in sexual acts, then the 22 year old would probably be in violation of several But, it isw not illegal for a 22 year old to hang out with a 17 year old, agsent any protestation by the minor or their parents.
