Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i have had to go to jail twice for contempt of court over the past six months because i have lost my job and can not pay child support or even hire an attorney. What can i do about this?

You may be eligible for appointe dcounsel. Ask the cour tto appoint an attorney for you. Ask the atotrney to looka t yrou specific case to se eif ther ei sanyway you can ebate yrou support obligation or get it reduced. If you are out of wrk, perhaps you should seek to get physcial and legal custody of the child(ren) and have the other parent pay support to you.
