Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have joint custody of my two boys with my ex-wife. The boys live with me full time, and have barely seen their mother since the divorce due to her drug problem. When she is clean she talks about taking them away from me. I fear her taking them from school. I'd like to get full custody so she has no legal rights to do this. She hasn't been there, and is in and out of rehab never staying clean for more than a couple months. What do I have to do to do this?
