Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I have joint custody of my kids with my wife. She pays me support and they live with me. I want full custody. She has never adhered to the parenting plan and rarely sees them and is behind on support. She has also been in to the mental hospital several times. Am I going to have any problems in court getting this done?

f the mentgal illness causes a disibility that explains the support. Arearage and reduced interaction with the kids, you may have trouble showing a wilful disregard for the custody\support order. Also, you may have to prove a significant change in the kids lives that warrant a change in the custody or support. Lack of agreement or cooperation between the parents is not a change in the children.
Good luck
