Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have joint legal & physical custody of my daughter, she lives with her mother & grandmother, I recently found out that her mother walked out 11 months ago. Grandma is trying to cover up that fact that mom is not there, my daughter has confirmed it, school has also confirmed this. What can I do to get full custody of my daughter?
