Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have jus recently left the father of my two boys, I have apllied for child support but he will not set a schedule with me for visation. Is there anything that I can do?

Have you applied for childsupport through the DFS? If so, they cannot issue any Order that grants the father parenting time with the children. It is really up to him to file a Petition in Court if he wants legally enforceable rights. You could also file a petition in Court to establish legal and physical custody terms.
