Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my kids

I do not get to see my kids as the judge ordered but I'm also when I go back to court I'm going to fight for them to live with me. I have a list of visitations he has denied me should I wait for sometime before I take it in to court? Like to prove with in one year I've seen them this amount of time. Or will a judge just warn him and let him keep them?

It is impossible for an attorney to answer your question without knowing all of the facts. I would advise you to contact, consult with, and hire an attorney. You may also consider going to the court house and speaking with a clerk about filing a Family Access Motion on your own if you are unable to hire an attorney.
