Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My kids are in states custody for a bad drug test from august. I have been doing well but relapsed one time a couple of months ago. i just got asked to do a hair follicle test. I currently bleach my hair and have a staph infection on my head. my permanancy planning hearing is in june pleas help me.Jessica

Well, Jessica, it seems as if you are in a very difficult position. The hair follicle test may detect certain drugs for up to a year or longer after ingestion. If you are facing a termination of parental rights petition, then I hope that you have the very best attorney you can afford. I hve been involved with several similar cases in the thirty two years I have been practicing law. In fact, I tried one of these cases for five days some time ago.
