Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

What is the law on a 13 year old boy having a relationship with a 13 year old girl. One of the parents is trying to stop this. The other parent is incouraging the relationship in hope that they will get married young. The boy has left his home with his mother and is now living with the dad so he can continue this relationship. Now, will have no communication with mother. Help

If they have sex, two or all four parents may be liable for civil damages, and possilby guilty of abetting statutory rape or child abuse. If they are not having sex, then the power to control who the child sees is left to the one with legal and physcal custody according to the court. This is true as to teh boy's parents as well as the girl's. If the custodial parnet is consenting to a sexual relationship, then the noncustodial one can use this as grounds for changing custody.
