Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am looking for a lawyer that can help me with my daughter. Her mother will not let me talk to her now. So i bought her a cell phone and will not let my daughter have it other than tues between 5-7. Our parenting plan states that i cantalk to her at any reasonanle time. She also will not let me know who her doctor is and will not let the school tell me anything that is going on with her. she moves all the time without telling me. She will not give me her current phone number. My daughter wants to live with me because she is scared of my exs live in boyfriend. He has threaten me so i understand why my daughter is scared. It sounds to me like you have a couple of options. You can file a Motion for Contempt concerning the Mother's failure to follow an existing Court Order.
