If a lawyer who is the plaintif in a divorce case commits perjury by falsifying financial numbers in documents submitted in evidence at trial, and it can be proven, is that a criminal offence ?

Committing afraud upon a court is usually viewed as crimninal. Often it is treated as perjurty, if they give testiomony as to the authenticity of a fraudulent document. Fopr an attorney, this is also a violation of theri ethical obligation as an officer of the court. This is how President Clinto lost his Arkansas law license.
