Committing afraud upon a court is usually viewed as crimninal. Often it is treated as perjurty, if they give testiomony as to the authenticity of a fraudulent document. Fopr an attorney, this is also a violation of theri ethical obligation as an officer of the court. This is how President Clinto lost his Arkansas law license.
