Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I left my wife 3 months ago and we have been living in separate housing. She is now threatening that I can never see my daughter again if I do not come home. Our marriage is irretrievably broken but she will not consent to a divorce. Are there any laws that protect my ability to see my child until I can get the divorce proceedings started?

Unless there is a pending domestic abuse allegation, there is nothing prohibiting you from seeing your daughter now. Each parnet has right o see and visit their child, without intervention of the courts.

Good luck
