Which legal document/form should be used to ensure that an automible will be signed over after it is paid off? My truck is in my wife's name but I drive it and pay for it, we are in the process of seperating, she has said that she will sign it over once it is paid off which isn't too much longer. What form can we both sign and have notarized right now that will hold her to her word?

Absent reconciling the marriage, the best document would be the division of property Order in your divorce decree. Next best might be to get a bill of sale from your wife to you. Third best might be for you to place lien on the vehicle's title. This woudl treat eth payemtns you are making as a sort of aloan to her. She either gives you the truck or pays you back all you paid.
