legal rights of a teen mother in missouri
I am a 16 year old mother to a 2 1/2 year old, if someone 21 or older is willing to take me and my child in and support us until I am able to support her and I, can i move out of my guardians house without being classified as a runaway or being locked up?

Legally speaking, it would be a mistake for you to just move out of the place your guardian has chosen. If you are being abused, the courts may be able to assist you and your child. You may also be bound by a custody agreement as to your child.
There is not enough space here for you to provide all the facts an attorney woudl need to advise you as to how you might legally change the residence of you and your child. I suggest that you contact the guardian ad litem that was appointed for you or your child. You might also contact the child's father to assist you.
