Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

legal separtion

recently I was in court for trial on the divorce i had filed against my wife. She recanted and told the judge she thought the marriage could be saved. The judge then granted us a legal separtion. He did not rule on any financial issues. My question is, is there a time frame I have to live with before the judge has to rule on desolving the marriage?

Re: legal separtion

The Judge should have provided for a return court date on which the case would be dismissed if the two of you reconcile or convert the legal separation into a dissolution if you have not reconciled. The Judge should have also made Orders concerning the financial aspects of the case pending further Order of the court. If you were represented by an attorney you should consult with that attorney about all of this.
