Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

A lein was put against my house without notice for unpaid child support, we bought the house in 2007, and this was done sometime in 2007 after we purchased the house. I have 1 child that i petioned the mother in court for sole legal custody of child along with child support. I was awarded both. I have the signed documents by the judge. However it is showing up in Case.net that there were two judgements on that day 1 in my favor the other in hers. How do i get this resolved with the state and have the lein removed from against my house?

It sounds like you or your attorney will need to file a Motion to set aside the judgment.
