Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I live in missouri and my children from a previous relationship have lived with me for 8 years now and all I have for proof of custody is a child support order and now there mom is wanting to fight for them back. What do I need other then the child support order for legal proof of custody

If she has filed a Motion to Modify, she admits that you have legal custody right now. If not, you'll need to get a Custody Order from the Missouri, County where the.kids live with you. You should consult directly with a family law practice attorney, in your area, before you decide what to do.
