Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I live in missouri for 4 years now, my divorce and child custody visitation order took place in tennessee. my child age 14 has been refusing to see his father even after encouragement from my current husband and i. now his bio father is trying to take us to court over visitation. he does pay child support, but only after the state chased him down and started garnishing his wages because he decided not to pay. what can we do?
