The child support statute provides that the obligation to pay child support continues until the child graduates or reaches the age of twenty-one years whichever comes first provided that the child comply with all of the requirements set forth in the statute. In cases where the child fails to do so, then the person paying child support may be able to have the obligation to pay child support terminated by the Court at an earlier date.
