Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

no longer married to my husband. He re-married but died three months ago. My name is still on the mortage. Present wife want me to release my rights. what kind of rights do I have. I was married to him for thirthy tow years before he married his second wife. He never took my name off the house.

If the house is in Missouri and your ex lived in missouri, you may be joint owners with his estate. If that is the facts, you need to consult directly with a missouri attorney. If the house and ex were in a state other than Missouri, you need to talk withan attorney licensed in that state.
