Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have never lost custody of my 13 year old daughter and I trusted my parents to take guardinship of her until further notice of life changes. My daughter now wants to live with me and my parents are putting up a fight. What can I do?

You can rescend the appointment of the gaurdains, if it was nto made through the probate court. Otherwise, you may have to petition the court for the child to be returned to your custody.
