Can a man from Trinidad file for divorce in the state of MO?

If the man establishes residency in Missouri for a sufficient amoutn of time, the national originb of a litigant does not prevent filing for divorce in Missouri. But, it may cause an evaluation of hte immigrnat/residency status of that person, their spouse and children.
