Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If a man and woman are married and the woman left the man and is now asking for a paternity test from him and he refuses because he wants the child and he put his name on the birth certificate does he have to get one? And I'm the third party and she wants me to get a paternity test since he won't so she can divorce him. Should I wait and see what happens with them or go ahead and get one?
