Marriage

If I marry a chinese woman in United States but she is already married to a chinese man in China would it be against United States Law?

I do not know what "United States law" your are referring to, but I can tell you that there is a statute in Missouri (and in most if not all states) that prohibits bigamy. why in the world would anyone want to marry a person who was already currently married?
