Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am married and buying house for cash in ST.Louis Missouri,only name of house title is my wife name,in case of divorce do i have any rights on house.Thanks

Where did the cash come from? If it was marital you may have an interest in the property in the event of a dissolution. There is also the legal possibilty that you made a gift to her when you titled the property in her name alone. There has been a great deal of litigation on this issue, and the law is constantly subject to change.
