Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I've been married legally married for 15 yrs but never consumated my marriage and never lived together we both want a uncontested divorce I live in Kc Mo she lives in ga what do I do?

If you hav elive din Misouri for at least ninety days, you may be able to file for divorce in Jackson County Circuit Court. If it is uncontested, then you may be able to have her sign the proper forms, mail them in, and get divorced without her ever having to come to Missouri. I am not admitted to practice in Georgia. But, I think she may be able to file there. You and her should consult with a Georga attorney and decide where you want to have the Divorce take place.
