A married woman
i had a sexual encounter w/ a woman and she ended up pregnant. she was married but told me she wasn't. now she is trying to get me for child support. a paternity confirmed the child is mine. i do pay support and have visitation. b/c im planning on getting married and purchase a home w/ my current girlfriend my daughters mother is angry. now she wants to up my support. can she do this b/c im choosing to love someone else. also does it matter that at the time of conception and still she is legally married? she gave the baby her husband name, she doesn't live w/ him, and wants me to pay? what is the law on this?

Missouri law presumes that the child born to a pregnant woman is her husband's. But, some Courts have ordered visitation and support for third parties, not unlike yourself. Her hsuband owes for the support before you do. However, you did not mention if you are now under a court Order to pay support. If you are, then the mother may be able to increase support based upon an improvement in your financial situation, not because you are now with another woman.
