Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Hi my name is Michael and I Need some help on how I can approach the matter of six years of abuse of three years lock the house I have witnesses police reports and I would like to get back in school but schools not allowing it because my parents aren't allowing it. I haven't worked with them for two years Now and I'm lost I would like to know what I can do to take this to court?

If you're under the age of 18, you can put yourself in the foster care system. The Court can then supersede your parents in enrolling you in school.
