missed a expartee hearing, she now asks me to come over and texts me does it nulify it

There is no such thing as an "ex parte hearing". What you missed was probably a hearing at which a Judge issued a full Order of Protection. The "victim" inviting you over doesn't change a thing. You could be arrested and charged with a misdemeanor if you violate the Order.
