In Missouri, do you have to go to an attorney to get child support payments lowered? My son lost his job and had to take another one for less money. He is really struggling to make ends meet.

No, a person can represent himself in court in Missouri. However, I would strongly suggest that your son hire an attorney to represent him in such an important matter.
