Missouri Child Support
Does a part time night job get included toward my gross income calculation if I also hold down a different 40 hour a week job and only took it on to try to save my marriage and to make ends meet?

Yes, but may Courts will not require a person to work two jobs. If you are involved in a lawsuit where this is an issue you should have an attorney and you should direct your questions to your attorney.
