Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

(Missouri divorce) Wife wants a vehicle of mine. Which was re-financed, she put her name on loan without my knowledge. Can I re-finance the loan have her name taken off. Can she have entitlement to it when the divorce is decided by the Courts?

If you have an attorney representing you in the dissolution of marriage, then you should direct all of your questions to that attorney. If you do not have such an attorney, you need to hire one. Good luck.
