Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

missouri family care safety registry

Due to having information on file with the DFS, the family care safety registry reports this to current and prospective employers-I lost an LPN job I had had for over 9 months because they suddenly called this registry and decided it appeared as though I should not be working with the elderly. In addition there was a class c misdemeanor under the animal abuse and neglect statute because my dog got loose and bit someone. This termination infringes on my right to liberty and is an invasion of my privacy based on a phone call that may have been annonymous and will follow me for ten years. Is there anyway to stop this imformation from being broadcast in such a negative light?

IT SEEMS UNFAIR TO HAVE YOU ON THE LIST. HOWEVER, I DO NOT KNOW THE REMEDY. I WILL TRY TO CHECK IT OUT.
