Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
In Missouri, if a guy isn't the biological father but signed the birth certificate, can he stop the mother from moving without legal visitation?

Until paternity is disproved, the man 9n the birth certificate is the father. Absent a custody/ visitation Order, either parent may travel with the child. Either patent can seek a custody / visitation Order. IRegardless of who seeks the Order, the mother can request that a paternity test be run. Thus is general informstuon. You need to consult directly with a family law attorney, in ypur area, to get aevice specific to the particular facts of your situation.
Good luck
