Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

in missouri if a 17 year girl whos father is abusive and it has been documented. The fatehr is given sole custody of the 17 year old and she does not want to go. Can I be charged with breaking a law for allowing here to stay at my house?

In Missouri, a 17 yr old can generally select where to live. That isn't too day, that you might not be violating some law by having her live in your home. If you're concerned, you should consult directly with a family law surgery, in your area. There are too many possible variables to give you the all clear without more information.
