Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Modify Out of State support

My ex inflated my income at the last modification (about 2yrs ago) on an over the phone hearing (seperate states). I now make about 45% less than she originally reported. What is my next move?

Re: Modify Out of State support

If there is a child support Order in Missouri, you can file a Motion to Modify in Court and have an accurate calculation made based upon current income and expense figures. If the Order is from a court in the Eastern part of the state, you may call me for a consultation.
