Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Modify of Visitation for out of state parent

Is there a 'standard' basis for visitation for a divorced parent who moves out of state? (ie: Parenting Plan CCFC116M) Facts: Mother has physical custody, father joint custody. Need to modify current visitation plan (see CCFC116M) to allow reasonable time with father which has moved from MO to TX. Thank you.

Re: Modify of Visitation for out of state parent

I have no experience with any standard parenting plan in the situation you describe. I have represented peole in several relocation cases, and we always custom design a parenting plan to provide the maximum contact between the child and the non-custodial parent.
