I am a Mom. My daughters friend is dating a boy who is 19...she is 14. Is this legal? What happens legally if she becomes pregnant?

The situation you described is statutory rape. If this girl is sleepin gover with you daughter and meet with this boy for sex, you could be foudn guilty of abuse/neglect. Address this situation wiht the girl's parents at your next opportunity.
