Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My mother has taken my youngest brother to court, he has been put on probation. He has not broken any laws, her reasoning is poor performance in school and his attitude (which is much like mine was at 17). He is now on home confinement restricted from social media and unable to even be with me without a parental guardian. My mother has control issues/mental instability and is from what I believe psychologically abusing him by asserting her control over him, and her and my father have deeper issues that probably lends itself to her actions. Is there anything he or I can do to get this overturned.

How old are you? How old is your brother? You may be referring to some jubilee court matter, but your question does not provide enough information. In any event, you would need to be 18 to contract with an attorney, and hire an attorney to help.
If you have the capacity, as described by Mr. Nack, you might be able to file for custody of your brother. You might have to seek termination of your parents's rights, and/or for Guardianship. Either way, you would have to prove the things that you allege about your mother, and that your father's inability to protect, places your brother in harm.
Good luck
