Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my mothers husband is retired from Ford. if she leaves him will she loose her health benifits.also her home is still in my dad and her name,she has been married to her husband now 30 years. house was paid for when he married her is he entitled to any of it?

The issue of cotinuing health care coverage woudl be addressed in the divorce action. IT is unlikley that she woudl ose coverage if she were to fiel for divorce before her benefits are terminated. As to the house, it appears that yoru stepfather would have some claim to the equity value of the marital home.
