Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How do I get a motion I initiated stopped?

In October 07, I started a motion to have child support terminated because my son moved from his mothers house to my house. She is the custodial parent. At that time I started a motion to have child support terminated. Since then he has moved back to his mothers house.

How do I terminate this motion?

From your question it appears that you filed the Motion on your own. You do not say whether the mother filed a cross-motion. In any event you can simply file a Memo with the court dismissing your Motion and provide a copy to the mother or her attorney. If the mother has a cross-motion pending, your dismissal has no effect on her cross-motion. Good luck.
