Motion to show cause - contempt of court

Hello, I--name removed--trying to find a form for Missouri to file a ''motion to show cause'' for my ex who is not allowing me custody of our child as was in the court order. Contempt of court. Thanks.

In order to have a show cause order you need to file a Motion for Contempt.It sounds to me like you need to hire an attorney. If you can not do so, then I would suggest that you speak with the appropriae court clerk and ask for a form to file a Family Access Motion. Good luck.
